Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. - one of the longest serving tenants in our portfolio - is a multinational supplier of analytical instruments, life sciences solutions, specialty diagnostics, laboratory, pharmaceutical and biotechnology services. 

Requirement and Solution

We worked with Thermo Fisher to upgrade their premises by increasing their warehouse space and updating their laboratory spaces to a fit for purpose facility for their specialist requirements. The offices were also transformed from a dated fitout to a modern workspace, incorporating Green Star credentials, that offer better space utilisation and a better work environment for staff.
